Collection Statement

I have always been drawn to the way emotion lives in everyday moments — a conversation, a memory, a fleeting feeling that is hard to put into words. Quilting became my way of capturing those moments. Each piece in Patchwork Poems starts with a feeling and grows from there, one patch at a time, until it becomes something whole.

These 4x6 and 5x7 quilted works are small but intentional. I want the people who bring them home to smile when they look at them — to feel something genuine and warm. That is really what this collection is about for me: making art that connects, in a simple and honest way.
